How do I access my email account?
1. Enter http://mail.domainname in the address bar. (ex. http://mail.mysite.com)
2. A mail prompt will come on the screen. Enter the following Username:
username@domainname.com (ex. joe@mysite.com)
Password: Password supplied by Skyox
3. The next screen will be a NeoMail screen. Click continue.
4. Enter your preferences on the preferences page and click save to continue.
5. Click continue and you will enter your mailbox.

How do I change my password?
1. Enter your domain name followed by "/webmail" in the address bar.
(ex. http://www.mysite.com/webmail)

Select "Change Password" from the links bar on the lower half of the screen.

How do I change my forwarding options for my email?
1. Enter your domain name followed by "/webmail" in the address bar.
(ex. http://www.mysite.com/webmail)
2. Select "Forwarding Options" from the links bar on the lower half of the screen.

Type in the email address you would like to forward your email to.

How do I change my Autoresponder options for my email?
1. Enter your domain name followed by "/webmail" in the address bar.
(ex. http://www.mysite.com/webmail)
2. Select "Autoresponder Options" from the links bar on the lower half of the screen.

How do I change content in my site?
1. Changes in content are under administration. To access administration enter domain name followed
by "/admin" in the address bar.
(ex. http://www.mysite.com/admin)
2. A prompt will come on the screen. Enter the following
Username: username@domainname.com (ex. joe@mysite.com)
Password: Password supplied by Skyox
3. Click the link to the page you want to make changes to.
4. Make your changes in the boxes provided.
5. Click save when done.
